11:11 Pilates Studio is a modern reformer and infrared mat Pilates studio designed to help you build real strength, move with intention, and feel at home in your body. Our classes focus on controlled resistance, alignment, and progression so you don’t just sweat, you improve. Whether you’re brand new or experienced, the goal is the same: leave feeling stronger, more connected, and better than when you walked in.
Yes. A large portion of our clients start with zero experience. Instructors guide you through the equipment, explain positions clearly, and offer modifications throughout class. You don’t need flexibility or prior fitness experience, just a willingness to learn. If you want help choosing your first class, we’re happy to recommend one.
Both train the same muscle groups but in different ways. XFormer Modern Pilates focuses on resistance and muscle building using spring tension and slow controlled movement. Infrared mat focuses on low-impact strength and mobility in a gently heated environment that supports circulation and recovery. Many clients rotate between both depending on how their body feels.
Grip socks (for xformer) and a water bottle are all you need. We provide equipment and towels. Wear comfortable athletic clothing that allows you to move easily. Grip socks are required for safety and are available at the studio if needed.
The infrared heat warms the body directly instead of heating the air, so it feels therapeutic rather than overwhelming. Most clients describe it as a deep muscle warm-up that helps them move better and recover faster, not a harsh or suffocating heat. You’ll love it for the detox benefits.
